Ordering Process

When you place your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. You will then receive an email from one of our staff members with any follow-up questions/art requests. Payment is NOT required at this stage.

Once the order is placed, you’ll receive a digital proof with your art on a mockup of the item(s) you’re purchasing. You have the opportunity to approve it, or make suggestions for changes and improvements.

After the proof has been approved, the order will go into production. We will then send an expect delivery email with projected delivery dates.

In most cases, we will not invoice you for the order until it ships. We will let you know upfront if payment is required prior to shipping.

To ensure you are getting the best and most accurate price, we do not process payments on our website. We process payments over the phone, in person, or by mail. Typically, once your product ships, we will send you an invoice for payment. If pre-payment is required, we will advise you before the order is placed.

Pricing

The price listed for items on the site includes a one color imprint for one location unless otherwise noted. It also includes at least one digital proof and design help. The price does not include shipping costs or run charges for additional imprint colors or locations. Quantity & price are uniquely connected. Understanding this relationship ensures you make the most of your budget. The fewer items you get, the higher the cost per piece. Often, it is cheaper to get more items rather than less. So instead of buying multiple items in small quantities, save money by purchasing a few products in large quantities. If you have questions about how to make the most of your budget, let us know your goals and spending constraints and we can find something that works for you.

While all products have a minimum amount you must order to purchase, sometimes you can order less than the minimum, with certain stipulations. There is often a fee for ordering less than the minimum and possibly a limit on how much less you can order. Artwork

The best file to send is an EPS (vector) or PDF file. If you have neither, we can recreate the art for you. Depending on the work involved, there may be a fee. We can also assist you with creating a design. Let us know if you need help.

Yes! We keep your artwork on file to make reordering and using your art on other products simple and easy.

After finalizing the order details, we will send an email requesting art. If you want to provide your art prior to placing an order, you can send it to request@choicepremiums.com with the name of your company and the product(s) requested in call us at 478-741-8888.

Yes! However, there may be an additional charge to get the specialized ink for an exact match. There are also a few products where, due to the limitations of the imprinting process, exact color matching isn’t possible. Let us know if an exact match is required when ordering your products.

PMS/Pantone is a specific color system. Like Hex code, CMYK, and RGB, a PMS uses a code to represent a specific color. This code is what we need to imprint promotional products with the correct color. If you do know the PMS color, let us know so we can convert it for you.

Samples

Typically, we can get you a sample of the product(s) you are interested in before you order. However, time must be given to get the sample and send it to you. If you need a product produced quickly, getting a sample before you order will be difficult. For custom made to order products, it may not be possible to get a sample before you order.

To get a sample, just ask! You do not have to place an order to receive a sample. We do, however, need to know who/what the sample is for and where you would like us to send it. We will try our best to get the color and style you want, but may not be possible depending on inventory.

Generally, samples are free, however shipping charges may apply for overseas products. We will let you know upfront if there are any associated fees with your sample request.

This depends on where the sample is coming from and inventory. We will advise your upfront how long it will take to receive your sample.

We do have some samples at our office. However, our selection is limited. Let us know what you need and we may have something similar.

Apparel

The pricing listed for apparel only includes the cost of the product, and does not include imprint/art costs. This is because pricing can vary based on the type of imprint, the imprint locations, and the imprint colors.

Due to how much price can vary based on your specifications, you cannot purchase apparel directly from the site. You can, however, select quantity and sizes for different apparel pieces and submit the cart to us. We can then discuss your needs and provide accurate pricing.

The minimum amount that can be ordered will depend on the item, though Let us know how many you would like and we will try to accommodate. Be advised that due to the costs to imprint apparel, the fewer pieces you order, the higher the individual costs.

Shipping & Delivery

Production times are listed for most items on the site. This is the number of business days it takes to print your item with a single color imprint (unless otherwise noted) after you’ve approved the proof. The number of days for delivery depends on where the product is coming from. In certain cases, rush shipping may be available for a fee. Let us know when you need the product(s) when you order and we can let you know if the in-hands date can be met.

Payment

We accept checks and all major credit cards. We can also set up ACH payments if that is an easier option. International customers please call for available payment options.

For most orders, we do not collect the funds until your order ships. If pre-payment is required, we will let you know before the order is placed.

General Ordering Information

Set up charges cover the cost and labor for the screen, die or other necessary items to imprint your specific logo. If you place an exact reorder for the same item you do not have to pay the set up charge again. Also, these are NOT art charges-any art charges are discussed and listed separately.

No. If you place an exact reorder (same art and item) you aren’t charged a set-up charge again.

If we use artwork you have supplied to imprint your product, you are warranting that you have unrestricted right and authority to use and distribute that artwork.

In many cases yes. We work with all of the major licensing organizations and are licensed to reproduce many, many college and university logos for internal use. If you’re curious as to whether your school is on the list, please contact us at 478-741-8888 or request@choicepremiums.com.

Overruns and underruns are standard in the promotional products industry. The reason for this is to ensure you get the best quality version of what you order. Sometimes, there are more items printed than needed (an overrun) to meet this standard. In this case, you will be charged for the additional items. However, there are times when some of the items are pulled because the imprint quality is not good (underrun). You will receive a discount in this case for the items that were not received.

You can cancel at any time prior to the order going into production. Once items have been imprinted with your logo, we can no longer accept a cancellation. If you need to change your order for any reason, please contact us at request@choicepremiums.comor 478-741-8888.

If you’re unhappy with your order because the product is defective or ‘not as promised’ or the imprint quality isn’t ‘spot on’ just contact us at 478-741-8888 or request@choicepremiums.com. We recommend you open all boxes as soon as they are received to make sure the problem can be addressed in a timely fashion.
